Application overview

AM Social Desk helps users manage authorised social profiles, prepare captions and media, publish immediately or schedule content, and review destination results from one workspace.

Account connection

1. The user signs in to AM Social Desk.
2. The user chooses a supported platform under Social Accounts.
3. The provider displays its own login and permission-consent screen.
4. After approval, the authorised profile is displayed in the workspace.

Publishing flow

1. The user creates a master post and uploads or selects supported media.
2. The user selects connected destination profiles and may customise platform content.
3. The user chooses Publish now or Schedule.
4. AM Social Desk records an outcome for each destination.

Scheduling

Scheduled content is processed by AM Social Desk’s background publishing service. Provider processing, rate limits or expired authorisation may affect delivery timing and outcome.

TikTok

The user authorises their own account, selects supported video content and submits it using the API capability granted to AM Social Desk. The integration is labelled in review and availability remains subject to TikTok approval.
