AM Social Desk Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how AM Social Desk collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, workspaces, publishing tools, and connected-platform integrations.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; operate workspaces; connect authorised accounts; upload, schedule, and publish content; retrieve permitted analytics and comments; process replies and webhooks; secure and troubleshoot the Service; enforce plan limits; comply with law; and improve our features.

3. Platform data and API use

We access third-party platform data only after you authorise requested permissions. We use it to provide selected features and do not sell platform data. Access is governed by relevant provider policies.

AM Social Desk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and security

Application data is stored in controlled databases and media may be stored using Cloudflare R2 or another configured provider. Supported tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest. We use access controls, secure transport, validation, logging, and reasonable safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security.

5. Sharing

We share information only with connected platforms at your direction; infrastructure providers that host, store, secure, or deliver the Service; advisers and authorities where legally required; or a successor in a merger, acquisition, or service transfer. Providers may process data only for authorised purposes.

6. Retention

We retain data while accounts are active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security records. OAuth tokens are removed or rendered unusable when connections are deleted, subject to backup retention cycles.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update workspace data, disconnect profiles, revoke AM Social Desk in provider settings, delete media and posts where supported, or request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion where applicable. Disconnecting stops future access but does not remove content already published externally.

8. Data deletion

Disconnect the profile in Social Accounts and revoke the application in the provider's settings to remove connected-platform access. To request deletion of your AM Social Desk account and personal data, use the support channel in your account. Identity verification may be required, and limited records may be retained where required for law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, session security, workspace selection, preferences, and fraud prevention. We do not use essential cookies to sell personal information.

10. International processing and children

Information may be processed where we or our providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards. The Service is for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required locally.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy for product, provider, operational, or legal changes. The effective date identifies the latest revision.

12. Contact

Privacy and data-rights requests may be submitted through the support channel in your AM Social Desk account or through contact information published on the website.
